The Lobby displays to you general information about the concept and objetives of EB Meeting®. You can obtain information about the operators and select the EB Meeting® of your choice.

The Secretariat

The Secretariat gives you free specific information about the selected event, e.g. a shortlist of the participants so registered for the current EB Meeting®, reviews of the corresponding countries and national industrial sectors as well as other information which might be helpful for your branch.

If you wish to participate in the forthcoming event, pass to REGISTER and fill in your company profile which will help us to invite suitable local companies. Next you will be guided how to pay your participation fee. Once your payment is confirmed, the system will assign you a personal password to enter the Meeting Room.

The Meeting Room

The Meeting Room will only be accessible during the days defined for this EB Meeting®.

Enter your password, have a seat at your meeting table and take your time to make best use of all information and contact options you will find.

Browse through the catalogue of all participants, download or copy the information that is important for you, get in contact with local businessmen by e-mail or phone, contact interesting companies immediately or list them on your personal agenda of preferred contacts. Visit their web-sites, exchange documents and views on business opportunities.

After the EB Meeting® you continue in direct contact with your preferred companies to prepare the planned business. Once you decide to travel to have a face-to-face meeting with your business partners and get a personal impression of their country, the national collaborators of EB Meeting® offer to give you all the assistance you may need.
